My stay at Ana Intercontinental Tokyo had its highs and lows. The location was convenient with easy access to the metro, and the breakfast spread was very nice. However, I faced significant issues with the staff's service and responsiveness, which really marred the experience.

Rooms
8.0
The room I stayed in had a nice view of Tokyo Tower, which was a highlight. However, it felt quite small and dated. A touch of renovation would go a long way in improving the overall experience.
Service
5.0
While some staff were friendly, there were notable lapses in service. I encountered rude behavior from certain staff that was disappointing. It lacked the warmth and professionalism expected from a luxury hotel.
Location
9.0
The location was great. Being in central Tokyo made it easy to explore with the metro station just a short walk away, which I really appreciated.
Dining
9.0
Dining was definitely a strong point. The breakfast offered a vast array of options, including an eggs benedict station that was impressive. The variety available was truly good.
Facilities
7.0
Facilities like room service and housekeeping were satisfactory, but I didn't utilize them extensively. However, the issues with staff during my stay overshadowed this aspect.

I had a pleasant two-week stay at the ANA Intercontinental Tokyo, enjoying comfortable accommodations and really good service. The breakfast buffet was excellent, though I did find some areas like the room temperature control a bit lacking. Overall, I appreciated the hotel's location and amenities, despite a few minor drawbacks.

Rooms
8.0
My room was clean and comfortable, but I noted that some areas, like the TV options, could be improved. The air conditioning didn’t allow for my preferred temperature.
Service
9.0
The staff were very welcoming and attentive, making efforts to cater to my needs, though some areas like check-in could use better coordination.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location was great for my business meetings. with easy access to the subway and nearby restaurants, which was very convenient.
Dining
8.0
While the breakfast buffet was amazing, I found the dinner options at one restaurant a bit overpriced for the portion sizes. The pastry shop on the lobby level was a good alternative.
Facilities
8.0
Facilities were good with various dining options available, although I wished the gym had a bit more equipment and that the TV offered more English-speaking channels.

5.0/10

I had a mixed experience at the ANA InterContinental Tokyo. The location is fantastic, with easy access to subway stations and nice restaurants nearby. but I faced some challenges with the service and dining options that fell short of my expectations. Although the hotel was clean and had upscale amenities, my stay did have its drawbacks that affected my overall enjoyment.

Rooms
8.0
The room I stayed in was well-appointed and spacious, but some furnishings felt dated and not on par with a five-star hotel. The cleanliness was commendable, though.
Service
6.0
Service was a bit hit-or-miss. The front desk staff could have been more accommodating, particularly regarding my special requests, which I found disappointing. However, some staff members were genuinely helpful.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location is a major plus, being just steps away from subway access and close to the tranquil Akasaka area. It’s handy for getting around the city, though it’s a bit far from more traditional tourist activities.
Dining
7.0
I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, but as someone with dietary restrictions, I found gluten-free options lacking. Dining in the hotel felt pricey without the quality to match, which was a letdown.
Facilities
8.0
The facilities were generally good, offering room service and convenient amenities, though I did find the gym could use some modernization. The beautiful lobby and bar with great city views were a lovely touch.

I had a fantastic stay at Ana Intercontinental Tokyo. the service was really good, particularly in the dining areas and club lounge. However, my room felt a bit small for the price, especially with two adults and two children.

Rooms

My room was clean and comfortable with great bath amenities, but quite snug for a family of four. Although it had all the basics, the space was limited with luggage.
Service
9.0
The staff were friendly and attentive, especially in the cascades. I appreciated the personal touches during breakfast.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location was ideal. a short walk to the metro and close to nice dining options in the Roppongi area.
Dining
9.0
I loved the breakfast buffet, which offered an extensive variety from Western to Asian cuisines. The croissants from the patisserie were excellent.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel offered good facilities, including a fitness center. However, I found the pool fee excessive for guests.

My stay at the Ana Intercontinental Tokyo was pretty frustrating overall. While the hotel had a nice ambiance and the rooms were spacious and clean, the service left a lot to be desired. I had issues with my room not being prepared correctly, and the staff were not very responsive. Plus, the dining options didn't meet my expectations for a premier hotel. Definitely room for improvement.

Rooms
6.0
The room was spacious and clean, but I encountered issues with the bed configuration and some furniture was old.
Service
5.0
Service was lacking; my requests were often ignored, and the staff's attitude was disappointing.
Location
5.0
The location was okay, but getting to nearby attractions required a bit of a walk, and the subway was not very close.
Dining

Breakfast options were decent but lacked quality, especially for gluten-free choices.
Facilities
