“What stands out is the meticulous attention to detail, from limousine access and amazing Club Lounge, up to the award-winning afternoon tea featuring Japanese ingredients. The understaffing issues mentioned by some seems to affect mainly the Lounge, but that's not something casting a shadow on the amazing culinary experience. This hotel has all it takes to be among my top choices.”
