the club lounge included a generous breakfast it also had afternoon tea and evening cocktails i enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere for evening nibbles the food was plentiful and satisfying
the bathroom in the club room was a bit small the swing door made sharing the space difficult

limousine access club lounge delicious sushi breakfast option
i loved the limousine access from narita it was so convenient the club lounge access with its two floors on the 35th and 36th floors was a highlight the service was amazing i especially enjoyed the delicious sushi and desserts during happy hour the breakfast options were wonderful too

the staff at the club lounge were attentive and helpful especially yasuyo shimada and miyuki abe provided consistently kind service making me feel very welcome i appreciated their thoughtfulness.

the hotel offers convenient access to the ginza line it is near bus routes to the airport the location made exploring easy the lounge was fantastic i appreciated the amenities offered .

the hotel provided easy access to many points of interest i found transportation very accessible the hotel is centrally located and made it simple to explore areas of interest i really enjoyed this.

the breakfast at the club lounge was consistently delicious i found many healthy choices including both japanese and western options i enjoyed the fresh fruits vegetables baked goods yogurt and cheese available.

club lounge amazing views ill informed overpriced shuttle
the club lounge was excellent. It had amazing views from the 35th floor. it offered a beautiful breakfast. there was pre-dinner service.
the concierge was ill informed. they suggested Uniqlo when we asked for japanese designer clothing. the bell desk tried hard to sell us on the overpriced airport shuttle to narita.
